Clarity tool privacy

Clarity is a BRAINYTECH interactive service. Public assessments are designed to work without mandatory identity. Do not enter secrets, passwords, sensitive data or confidential documents in free-text fields.

What is stored

Questionnaire answers, result, journey source, a hashed network identifier and limited technical security information. Contact details are optional and are stored only if you request email delivery or contact.

Purposes

Produce and secure the summary; send its link when requested; forward your contact request to BRAINYTECH when selected. Email delivery alone does not authorize separate marketing follow-up.

Retention

Assessment without contact details: 180 days. Assessment with a contact purpose: up to 360 days in Clarity, unless an active relationship, early deletion or documented obligation applies.

Separate subdomain, same controller

Clarity is hosted on clarity.brainytech.io but remains a BRAINYTECH service. BRAINYTECH’s main privacy policy supplements this notice for the company’s other processing activities.

Your rights and contact

For access, correction or deletion requests, use the channel stated in BRAINYTECH’s privacy policy. State the email address used, if any, and the approximate assessment date; do not send the private report token.
